Easy censor face from image

Hey there, in this tutorial we will be applying a pixelate effect in a face in an image, so we are censoring out a person from an image.

So here is the image I want to apply this effect to, I want to censor out the person on the right.

Lets just say he dont want his face shown on the internet, (ps this image was found on a royalty free image archive website).

First load the image into photoshop.

Then with the elliptical selection tool drag and select this persons face.

Now go to filter -> blur -> gaussian blur and give it a blur.

Still having the face selected go to filter -> pixelate -> mosaic and give it the following settings.

And we are done, that we quite simple!
