Stylish poststamp picture frame
Good morning all, today I just made this Photoshop tutorial, you will see how to make a poststamp picture frame, in just a few easy steps.

With the rectangle tool drag and draw a big square on the stage, then in the layers panel right click and choose rasterize layers. Now double click the layer to get to the layers styles panel and give it settings as shown below.

Now with the elliptical shape tool draw a small circle on the stage and place it just on the edges of the square shape as shown below.

Copy the circle a lot of times and place them all the way around the square shape like this.

Remember if you made these circles in all seperate layers, select them all and merge them together into one. Now hold down ctrl and click the layer to load the selection, you can now delete that layer.
Select our square layer from before then hit delete with our selection so your post stamp will look something like this.

Now put in what ever image you want into the post stamp, and scale it down.

I found an image of one of those stamps which the post office put on the stamp before sending them out, you can download it here.

Drag it into the stage and scale it down.

Hold down ctrl and click our poststamp layer to load the selection, then hold down shift + ctrl and click i (to invert the selection). Select the stamp layer we just imported then hit delete so only the part on the poststamp is shown as below.

Scale down its opacity to about 60 percent and you are done.
